As well as sheet metalwork I have experience of Vacuum formed plastic, Reaction injection Moldings and standard injection
Design parts that have been in successful production for many years.

As well as the parts, I have experience of producing the whole mechanical computer aided design assembly, including pipe
work, wire looms, PCB’s, positioning and shielding critical equipment within the sheet metalwork main cabinets providing the
full mechanical product.

However I do stop short of the detailed electronics PCB control designs as this is a specialized area, but if you have this
worked out, I can arrange the mechanical working product prototype for you.

If a product needs a facelift and all the detailed electronics PCB control systems including known electronic connections
remain unchanged, then I can do this service. I can produce the assembly of parts that create the product, the Bill of
Materials, Spare Parts diagrams and specify the basic protective packaging for your product and develop the electromechanical
